Notable features include a comfortable, spacious bed and a flat-screen TV, which were crucial after long days of exploration. While the apartment setup embraces local living, it lacks 24-hour reception. Guests will need to call upon arrival, which might pose a challenge for those without local phone connections. Wi-Fi is available, though it requires a password request upon check-in. The small balcony boasts impressive city views, adding charm to the experience. It feels like there is room for improvement in customer service, given the language barrier with some staff. Still, the housekeeping was adequate, and laundry facilities are a bonus for longer stays. Grand Residence presents a fair option for those prioritizing budget while still craving a hint of island life elegance.
